"We experienced warm service and great food on an outside patio surrounded by flowers and cute furniture. We had the farmers breakfast and the kaiserschmarrn (pulled pancake with plums) and both were delicious. A lovely way to be welcomed to Berlin!"

"Good coffee and pastries. Nice staff. Very expensive, I’d say. Paid €19 for a lil coffee and apple strudel (in the photo) and a little glass of water (not in the photo). Don’t go if you’re in a hurry, or don’t carry cash;)"

"A little out of the way, but a really nice cafe. We got the breakfast meal, and Brioche plus jam. This was quite filling and balanced for 2 people. Great vibe and service. They DO now take card, despite other reviews. This may have changed recently. Coffee was good for Berlin/Europe."

"This is a real family run cafe/restaurant. It’s within walking distance of the Museums on Museum Island. It has a pretty outside eating area and quaint inside with classy chairs. The food is delicious and reasonably priced for the area. It’s cash only so make sure you have such."

"A wonderful little cafe in Central Berlin. We came for brunch and had a lovely meal. The waiter / manager / owner was absolutely the most polite man I've met in Germany. The food and coffee were excellent. We had heard the open pancakes were amazing in Germany and this did not disappoint. We sat outside and had a great time, the inside was also charming looking. Highly recommended."
